Strategic planning
Strategic planning is crucial for organizational focus, alignment and success, providing clearly defined goals and a unified action plan for all in the organization to follow. It provides transparency to stakeholders by clearly articulating organizational priorities. A well-written strategic plan serves as a roadmap for evaluation of the organization’s top executives.
I bring the value of external perspective and decades of experience in strategic planning with executive leadership, staff, board and community. I can assist in connecting annual leadership evaluation to a new or existing strategic plan.
Systems Level Improvement
Improving systems has been my priority for two decades. I believe systems get the results they are designed to get. If you don’t like the results, then the system needs to be redesigned.
External assistance can bring clarity to identifying areas for improvement or confirming what is already suspected regarding systems like: civil rights compliance, multi-tiered systems of support, nonprofit partnerships, crisis support, and compliance with Section 504
